Great Wolf Lodge Homeschool Week

Per our contract with Great Wolf Lodge, we cannot release the dates of subsequent Homeschool Weeks until our current event has ended. However, we typically try to arrange these events in February, May and September.

Please check back on our website and/or social media channels once the current event has ended!

Great Wolf Lodge does sell a small number of day passes. We do not receive a discount on these, and with our great rates, it’s usually more economical to book a night and get 6 wristbands with the room.

If you book a room, you can purchase up to 2 additional day passes during the check-in for $25 each (subject to change – please check with the event coordinator for current rate).

Most likely! Great Wolf Lodge only releases a certain number of rooms to us at a time, and sometimes those fill up before we realize we need to add more.

Please contact us with the dates and room type you are looking for, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

You do not need to purchase anything else in advance. At check-in, you’ll already be set for our room rates, you will not need to pay for parking, and you’ll be given wristbands color-coded for our group.

Whenever you purchase food or use our other discounts, just make sure the cashier knows to give you the group discount by showing your wristband.

Buckets, the concession stand inside the waterpark, previously did not have kiosks set up to give discounts. If you encounter any trouble, you may want to bypass the order kiosk & order in person with a cashier.

Our group discounts do not apply to those packages. Generally, using the group discount on site during the event is a better deal, but you’ll want to calculate what’s best for your individual family.

Our free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in is different from Great Wolf Lodge’s standard policy. Sometimes the Reservations team members do not understand what is in our specific contract.

Please go ahead and have them cancel your room to ensure you meet the 72-hour advance notice. Then contact us with your reservation number, and we’ll help resolve the situation.

At check-in, you should receive a special-colored wristband specific to our group. To receive the group discounts, just show the cashier your wristband during the ordering process.

Sometimes the mobile app and order kiosks cannot apply our food discount, but a team member will be happy to take your order in person.
